Shipping Costs

We offer free first-class shipping UK-wide. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Christmas Delivery

To receive your order by Christmas, please place your UK order by 4pm on December 20th. Ho-ho-ho!

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are also possible within the same timeframe.

Amending an Order

If you change your mind before your order has shipped, please email us at support@theprancinghare.com. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

We use top-quality fabrics, with most of our materials sourced from Europe.
